		<description>Hi Scott, This is an interesting story.  I totally agree, a little natural talent helps in any endeavour, but you don't have to be exceptionally good.  As you say - anyone can improve and I think the main thing is having a burning desire to improve and be great.  A lot of talent is wasted on people who have amazing natural ability but simply can't be bothered to do anything about it.
